WHAT SIZE ARE THE PANS?
Our "regular" sides come in a 1/3 size aluminum pan: 12.59"L x 6.49"W x 2.75" D.
Our "large" sides and most meats come in a 1/2 size aluminum pan: 12.75"L x 10.375"W x 2.562"D.
Depending on the quantity ordered, ribs might come in a full size aluminum pan: 20.75”L x 12.81”W x 3.18”D.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
GLUTEN: Our product is not guaranteed to be gluten free, because cross-contamination can occur during the preparation process.

VEGETARIAN: Options include our Mac & Cheese and Cole Slaw. Street Corn can be made vegetarian by removing the bacon upon request.

We hope to be on the road and at local community events soon. Updates will be provided when available.
CATERING
At this time, we have the ability to provide only a drop-off type service. Orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remainder of payment will be due at least 7 days before order delivery date. If event date is less than 7 days from time of placing order, 100% payment is due in full at time of order.
